Boiler Servicing

We provide two options with regard to checking your gas appliance a full service or an annual safety check

The Full service

 costs £95  and consists of checking, cleaning, testing and pre-emptive fault-spotting, with the emphasis on testing all the different functions of an appliance for correct and safe operation, if you have an unvented cylinder? (an unvented safety check which normally costs £30 comes free with this service)

Why should it be done?
When a boiler or gas appliance appears to be working well, there 'could' be hidden faults. These will be revealed by a proper service. A good example would be the(FSD) device which turns the gas off if the pilot light blows out. If this fails to work when needed you could have gas leaking into your house, but how do you know if yours still works? This will be tested during both service procedures.

An Annual safety Check

Costs £70 at which the engineer will carry tests on all the different functions of an appliance for correct and safe operation.
