Our main discipline is private housing (flats and houses) for most of the national developers although we undertake new build social housing, respite/ambulant centres, nursing homes, student accommodation in partnership with certain developers and housing associations. 

A recent addition to our portfolio is Renewable Energies, boiler renewal and Heating system service and maintenance.  We also provide  a bathroom design service which we have been specialising in under our Elegant John banner.

Our present labour force, many of which have been with the company since its inception in August 1980, are all competent craftsmen, Fully qualified in gas, unvented hot water as well as all aspects of plumbing and heating.  We also have certain tradesmen with special skills particularly regarding the fitting of sheet lead and renewable energy.

We have always had an Apprentice Program employing both young and adult apprentices.  We believe this will enable us to have more input in the training and skills of our future workforce.

We offer our developers an excellent “after sales” department which liaises closely with both the customers and developers to ensure an efficient and professional maintenance service.  We have 24 hour emergency cover, 365 days of the year which can be easily utilised if required.
